Yes, VAT invoices are automatically generated and emailed to you. We can also add your unique purchase order numbers if needed.
Most apps have 1 or 2 flows that are most important. As standard we limit the interactions and features we analyse as some apps are much bigger than others. We can cover more, ask for details.
You'll get a notion database of every recommendation, details of it's status, impact on growth, and effort to implement. Each recommendation includes a real world example. You'll get a 1:1 walkthrough of the findings that's recorded and embedded in your notion page for you to share with your team or other stakeholders. You'll get a User Flow Diagram of your product that links directly to the relevant recommendations in the database. If you choose the support package you'll get access to our team for 14 days of email support and an extra 1 hour Q&A session.
Nope, we're remote first. We don't offer in-person activities as part of this service. We'll meet via Google Meet, Zoom, or Teams.
